During the TNT season opener two weeks ago, Estacado pulled away in the second half to beat Lubbock High 47-13. Last week, the Big E had another high-scoring performance at Sweetwater, holding on for the 52-50 win. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">When asked about the momentum gained early this year, EHS head coach Eric Ward says he\u2019s approaching every game with the \u201c1-0\u201d mindset. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cI think it\u2019s the same as week one, it\u2019s the same as every week. We just need to focus on what we want to do. Every week is a new goal, a new task,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Tigers are coming off losses to Canyon and San Angelo Lake View and are looking for a major victory they can build on going forward. During this summer\u2019s \u201cPigskin Preview\u201d, Snyder head coach Anthony Gonzales says he believes he has the talent to compete in big games. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cWe\u2019re excited about the group we have out here, we\u2019re excited to see them play football this year,\u201d he said. \u201cWe\u2019re going to be challenged and challenged right off the bat.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Kickoff set for 7 p.m. at PlainsCapital Park.
