{"id":431801,"date":"2026-09-10T14:36:44","date_gmt":"2026-09-10T14:36:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/431801\/"},"modified":"2026-09-10T14:36:44","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T14:36:44","slug":"cafe-olivia-to-open-new-cafe-olivita-concept-in-plano-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/431801\/","title":{"rendered":"Caf\u00e9 Olivia to open new Caf\u00e9 Olivita concept in Plano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Caf\u00e9 Olivia, the chef-driven breakfast and lunch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/topic\/coffee-shop\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">caf\u00e9<\/a> in Dallas, will open its third location with a new concept designed specifically for office buildings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Caf\u00e9 Olivita will open in early October at Park Center, 2400 Dallas Parkway, Suite 140, in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/topic\/plano\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">Plano<\/a>. The approximately 2,400-square-foot caf\u00e9 will have seating for 67 people.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The new concept will be a smaller version of Caf\u00e9 Olivia, with a streamlined breakfast and lunch menu while retaining the brand\u2019s full beverage program.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The menu will feature several Caf\u00e9 Olivia favorites, including the Rising Pig and Oaxaca Mornings breakfast sandwiches, the Olivia and\u00a0Amalfi lunch sandwiches,\u00a0Grain Bowl and Miso Salmon entrees and Green Goddess Cobb salad, all made from scratch and with no seed oils. Drinks will include Pink Cloud, Olivia\u00a0Latte and Valencia Bloom.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCaf\u00e9 Olivita is a smaller-format expression of Caf\u00e9 Olivia that allows us to bring our chef-driven approach into office communities,\u201d owner Adrian Verdin said in a statement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Verdin said the company sees Caf\u00e9 Olivita as a model that could be expanded to other office buildings across Dallas-Fort Worth.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The caf\u00e9 will be on the ground floor of Park Center, an approximately 239,500-square-foot office building acquired by Shaddock Cos. in 2025.
