Isla y Fuego Bar and Grill is now open on Coit Road near the Richardson border.<\/p>\n

The restaurant serves Honduran and Mexican food, including seafood, meat and other dishes, per the restaurant\u2019s social media. Isla y Fuego Bar and Grill is located near El Rancho Supermercado and Sunnyland Outdoor Living.<\/p>\n

Vitality Bowls dishes up smoothies on Prosper, Celina border<\/a><\/p>\n

Vitality Bowls is open in Prosper on the southwest corner of Frontier Parkway and Preston Road, company officials confirmed on social media.<\/p>\n

The eatery specializes in build-your-own smoothie bowls with toppings like granola, honey, almonds and fruit, according to the company\u2019s website. Vitality Bowls also offers light fare including wraps, paninis and salads, per its website.<\/p>\n

Potbelly offers sandwiches, more at new west McKinney restaurant<\/a><\/p>\n

Potbelly is now open in west McKinney, staff at the location confirmed.<\/p>\n

The sandwich shop with over 465 locations offers a variety of toasted sandwiches as well as wraps, salads, soups, macaroni and cheese, milkshakes and more, according to the company’s website.<\/p>\n

The McKinney restaurant is owned and operated by franchisees Barry and Remington Burke, a father-and-son duo who also have plans to bring a total of 15 shops to North and East Texas, a company release states.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur team is ready to welcome longtime Potbelly fans and first-time guests alike with the craveable food, friendly service and neighborhood-driven atmosphere that define Potbelly,\u201d Remington Burke said in the release.<\/p>\n

Hudson House sets opening date in Southlake<\/a><\/p>\n

Hudson House\u2019s Southlake restaurant plans to welcome its first customers in mid-September.<\/p>\n

The menu includes a selection of American fare, a raw bar and sushi. Some of the restaurant\u2019s most popular dishes include Hudson\u2019s Avocado Dip, which is made with whipped avocado, green onion, herbs and ranch chips, and a cheeseburger with thin patties, American cheese, pickles and Hudson\u2019s house sauce.<\/p>\n

Oysters are flown in from the East Coast daily, according to a news release. Diners can also order the chain\u2019s \u201cWorld\u2019s Coldest Martini,\u201d which is made with Grey Goose vodka chilled to 10 degrees Fahrenheit.<\/p>\n

Rodeo Goat to bring burgers, craft beer to Sloan Corners in Allen<\/a><\/p>\n

Rodeo Goat is slated to open an Allen location within the Sloan Corners development, according to a Sept. 2 news release.<\/p>\n

Rodeo Goat\u2019s menu includes burgers, fries, craft beer, cocktails, chips and salsa, and more, per its website. The restaurant has several other Dallas-Fort Worth area locations, including Frisco, Plano and Denton, the release states. Developed by Billingsley Co., Sloan Corners is a mixed-use development located along SH 121 and U.S. 75 in Allen.<\/p>\n
