The event is free to attend and attendees can register<a href=\"https:\/\/anc.apm.activecommunities.com\/allentxparks\/activity\/search\/detail\/37058?onlineSiteId=0&amp;locale=en-US&amp;from_original_cui=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"> online.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The facility offers group fitness classes for children and adults as well as weight machines, an indoor track, youth camps and more, per its website. Joe Farmer Recreation Center members also get free admission to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeinallen.org\/recreation_facilities\/ford_pool.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Ford Pool <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeinallen.org\/recreation_facilities\/the_edge.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">The Edge<\/a> with their membership, the city\u2019s website states.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"September marks the Joe Farmer Recreation Center&#8217;s 30th anniversary in Allen, according to a city Facebook post.
