Lizzie Fletcher\u2019s office, with the funding going toward sidewalk improvements, safer connections and improved access for students and children.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The grant was part of a Community Project Funding request during fiscal year 2023-2024, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/memorialheightstirz5.com\/mhra-receives-grant-to-improve-multimodal-connectivity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">news release on MHRA\u2019s website<\/a>. The grant will provide the funding needed to improve sections of sidewalk that are missing, in poor condition or undersized, organization officials said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The grant funds will specifically be allocated to the construction portion of the project.
