Community Impact will update this story when more information is available.<\/p>\n<p>A new <a href=\"www.traderjoes.com\">Trader Joe&#8217;s<\/a> location is set for the corner of Preston Road and Spring Creek Parkway in Plano.<\/p>\n<p>The details<\/p>\n<p>Construction is expected to start in December and wrap up next July, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2027000810\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">a project filed<\/a> with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.<\/p>\n<p>The Trader Joe&#8217;s will anchor the new <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/plano\/business\/new-40626-square-foot-retail-shopping-center-coming-to-west-plano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Promontory on Preston<\/a> mixed-use project, which was approved by Plano City Council in March.<\/p>\n<p>The grocer is known for its unique self-branded products. Trader Joe&#8217;s also sells fresh produce, snacks, meat, seafood, frozen items, baked goods, beer, wine and flowers.<\/p>\n<p>Trader Joe&#8217;s has one existing Plano location at 2400 Preston Road, about two miles south of the new location.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Editor&#8217;s note: This article is based on a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permit.
