Daydreamer Coffee has officially joined the\u00a0Rainey Street scene, opening its doors Friday inside the new 48-story Paseo building. It\u2019s the second Austin location for the caf\u00e9 chain.<\/p>\n
The new spot leans into warm tones, cushy seating and design details that make it feel like your most stylish friend\u2019s living room. With plenty of outlets and natural light, it\u2019s built for laptop days or catching up with friends over a slow morning\u00a0latte.<\/p>\n
Daydreamer says it\u2019s all about community and conversation \u2014 more \u201clet\u2019s decompress\u201d than \u201cheads-down hustle.\u201d Expect to see Rainey Street locals grabbing coffee before work and residents from upstairs winding down with a glass of wine after hours.<\/p>\n
Beyond espresso and matcha basics, the drink lineup gets playful. Seasonal stars include a cookie butter latte topped with vanilla cold foam and Biscoff crumbs, and a toasted matcha with hazelnut, white chocolate and chocolate drizzle. Pastries come from Texas French Bread, and this is the first Daydreamer to roll out a wine program for golden-hour sips on the patio.<\/p>\n
Drinks start around the typical $5 to $7 range, depending on your\u00a0add-ons (and how fancy your foam gets).<\/p>\n
