ATASCOSA COUNTY, Texas – No injuries were reported after fire crews responded to a mobile home and shed fire in Von Ormy on Sunday. <\/p>\n
Crews were called around 2:20 p.m. to the scene of a reported double-structure fire in the 15500 block of IH-35 South. <\/p>\n
According to the Von Ormy Police Department, a patrol officer noticed smoke in the area and went to investigate. Officers were able to clear the structure and confirmed no one was inside. <\/p>\n
Police said a witness reported seeing two males running away from the area. Drones were deployed to assist officers searching the surrounding area for suspects but none were located. <\/p>\n
Bexar County Deputies confirmed that the structures involved appear to be a mobile home and a shed. The Bexar County and Natalia Fire Department also assisted. <\/p>\n
The cause of the fire has not been disclosed.
