A community member reported the incident to the SPD around 8:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"520\">Police said the child was able to get away.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"659\">The suspect is described as a man around 30 to 40 years old with dark hair and a medium skin tone.
