Reagan Blvd., Liberty Hill<\/p>\n<p>Estimated timeline: Oct. 26-Nov. 11, 2027<\/p>\n<p>Estimated cost: $12.2 million\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2027000899\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Hill Country Bible Georgetown<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This project involves constructing new admin and student ministry buildings at Hill Country Bible Church in Georgetown.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 600 Stadium Drive, Georgetown<\/p>\n<p>Estimated timeline: Jan. 1, 2027-Jan. 1, 2028<\/p>\n<p>Estimated cost: $6.2 million\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2027000790\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Olive Garden\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A new Olive Garden restaurant is coming to Kyle, with construction set to wrap up late next year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Location: 19865 I-35 frontage road, Kyle<\/p>\n<p>Estimated timeline: June 14, 2027-Dec. 20, 2027<\/p>\n<p>Estimated cost: $4.1 million\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2027000777\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">3rd Wave Climbing Gym<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This project involves renovating and converting an existing warehouse building into an indoor climbing gym facility.
