An empty lot in a development at the cross section of Spring Creek Parkway and Preston Road will soon be a second Plano Trader Joe’s.<\/p>\n

Another popular grocery<\/a> chain, Trader Joe\u2019s, is set to open a location at Preston Road and Spring Creek Parkway next year, according to a filing<\/a> with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration.<\/p>\n

The 12,526-square-foot facility will fill an empty lot, joining the Promontory<\/a> development, which is currently anchored by a Kohl\u2019s, a Chase Bank and an apartment complex.<\/p>\n
