EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 A 24-year-old San Antonio man was arrested Sunday after allegedly firing several shots outside a bar in Central El Paso, according to the El Paso Police Department.<\/p>\n
Police responded to a shots-fired call around 4:40 p.m. Sept. 13 in the 800 block of Piedras Street. <\/p>\n
Officers nearby reportedly saw Joseph Alexander Aguilar get into a dark-colored vehicle and leave the area. <\/p>\n
The vehicle was quickly stopped, and Aguilar was taken into custody, police said.<\/p>\n
Investigators said Aguilar had been inside Coconuts bar when an argument began over a tab and an inability to pay it. <\/p>\n
Aguilar and another patron were escorted from the business, according to police.<\/p>\n
Police allege Aguilar later returned in a vehicle, pointed a gun at two people from outside the bar and fired multiple rounds into the air before leaving.<\/p>\n
Aguilar was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility. <\/p>\n
He faces two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of discharging a firearm in certain municipalities.<\/p>\n
