BEXAR COUNTY \u2013 The friends of a 14-year-old boy, who was killed in a shooting Friday morning in northeast Bexar County, are still in shock.<\/p>\n
The boy killed has yet to be identified by authorities, but friends who spoke to KSAT 12 called him Tamarion.<\/p>\n
\u201cI still don\u2019t believe it,\u201d Keston Crocker said, \u201cbecause I just seen him on Thursday.\u201d<\/p>\n
In just one day, dozens of students\u2019 lives were changed forever by Tamarion\u2019s death.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe was so young and sweet,\u201d said Jaliyah Randolph, another friend.<\/p>\n

The shooting happened around 11 am near Woodlake Parkway and Lakeview Drive. Deputies detained another 14-year-old boy in connection with the case, but have not told KSAT whether he has been charged.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt just hurts a lot because he was my age,\u201d said Crocker, who described Tamarion as his best friend. \u201cHe was gone way too soon.\u201d<\/p>\n
In the wake of the shooting, teens like Brooklyn Hilliard spoke out against gun violence.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is ridiculous, we\u2019re kids, like he\u2019s 14,\u201d Hilliard said. \u201cWhy do parents allow y\u2019all to have guns, like you\u2019re underage. Parents need to be more strict on what their children have. They need to care.\u201d<\/p>\n
Several friends gathered at a memorial to Tamarion on Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve known Tamarion since sixth grade,\u201d Daryus Alexander said. \u201cHe was a good friend of mine. He was always nice, he was kind.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201dI love you, man,” Alexander continued. \u201cJust keep praying down on me, bro.\u201d<\/p>\n
