Construction is scheduled to begin December 1, 2026, with completion expected February 21, 2028, according to the filing.<\/p>\n<p>The property was previously home to Billy\u2019s Ice, which closed after 16 years in New Braunfels. The venue announced its closure in August 2025 after the property went under contract, bringing an end to a longtime live music destination known for its concerts, cold beer and community fundraisers.<\/p>\n<p>While Billy&#8217;s has continued in a different fashion, the former Loop 337 property itself went through a different transition.<\/p>\n<p>The building was later demolished, leaving the Loop 337 property vacant for more than a year. Now, the site is set for a very different chapter.
