That\u2019s just south of Interstate 30, north of West Pioneer Parkway.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">Police said the man in question was roughly 50 years old and was in the house with other family members. They told the officers he was in a state of emotional distress and threatening to take his own life.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">At some point, there was an altercation. Police said the man charged at officers with a knife.
