The I-35 Capital Expressway South Project includes a long, elevated section of roadway to speed traffic through that part of town.<\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"KTBC\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-94395e58=\"\">The backstory:<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">The $548 million project is being done in four phases.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">The new fast track in the middle of I-35 is the main feature.
