{"id":440552,"date":"2026-09-19T01:24:11","date_gmt":"2026-09-19T01:24:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/440552\/"},"modified":"2026-09-19T01:24:11","modified_gmt":"2026-09-19T01:24:11","slug":"shooting-outside-allen-starbucks-leaves-one-dead-police-say","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/440552\/","title":{"rendered":"Shooting outside Allen Starbucks leaves one dead, police say"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One person has been killed and another was wounded after gunfire erupted outside a Starbucks in Allen.<\/p>\n<p>Police were called before 6 p.m. to the store on State Highway 121 near North Watters Road, according to the Allen Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>When they got there, they learned there had been a fight between two people in the parking lot.\u00a0 The fight ended when both got shot, authorities said.<\/p>\n<p>One of the victims was taken to a nearby hospital but later died.
