Collin County<\/a> spent the summer making room for more places to have dinner. Between June and August, dozens of restaurants<\/a> and cafes began operating in cities such as Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen and Celina.\u00a0<\/p>\n For those who live in Collin County and enjoy trying new places, there\u2019s plenty to explore.\u00a0<\/p>\n Allen\u00a0<\/p>\n The Melting Pot\u00a0<\/p>\n It opened its doors on Aug. 10, serving a variety of fondue as well as entrees, salads and desserts.
