Undercover investigation targeted alleged solicitation and possible human trafficking connections, according to Precinct 4 constable’s office<\/p>\n

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas \u2013 Twenty-one men were arrested Sept. 16 during an undercover prostitution investigation in Harris County Precinct 4, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Investigators said the men, who range in age from their early 20s to late 60s, were arrested after allegedly soliciting sexual acts from undercover personnel. Each was charged with solicitation of prostitution, a state jail felony.<\/p>\n

The arrested suspects include:<\/p>\n

Jeffery Burke, 65<\/p>\n

Christopher Williams, 26<\/p>\n

Valente Belmudez, 67<\/p>\n

Todd McClelland, 43<\/p>\n

Farshid Rohani, 55<\/p>\n

John Coleman, 68<\/p>\n

Moises Zacarias, 43<\/p>\n

Hector Gallegos, 29<\/p>\n

Gustavo Sanchez-Vazquez, 50<\/p>\n

Eric Arjon, 32<\/p>\n

Daniel Vaughan, 69<\/p>\n

Joshua Johnson, 25<\/p>\n

Da-cori Nutall, 30<\/p>\n

John Ervings, 51<\/p>\n

Sincere Johnson, 38<\/p>\n

Keith Parish, 46<\/p>\n

Francisco Azuara, 67<\/p>\n

Ricky Salazar, 58<\/p>\n

Marcus Stevenson, 44<\/p>\n

Jamison Aguilar, 24<\/p>\n

Additional charges included possession of a controlled substance, unlawful carrying of a weapon and displaying a fictitious license plate. Some of those arrested also had unrelated outstanding warrants, according to the constable\u2019s office.<\/p>\n

As of the agency\u2019s announcement, several suspects remained in custody while others had been released on bond. The cases are pending in Harris County district courts.<\/p>\n
