Teenager may have known one of the suspects from school<\/p>\n

SAN ANTONIO \u2013 A 16-year-old boy was shot Sunday evening, the San Antonio Police Department said as they search for two suspects.<\/p>\n

The teenager was found inside a West Side apartment, police said, around 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Menchaca and Elmendorf streets near West Poplar Street and North Zarzamora. Police said the boy was shot at least twice.<\/p>\n

Two suspects ran from the scene, according to police. Investigators believe one of them is a teenager who may know the victim from school.<\/p>\n

Police said they do not know what led to the shooting, and said the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
