A major 18-wheeler crash has shut down multiple lanes on Interstate 10 in San Antonio, causing traffic delays on Monday, September 21, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/its.txdot.gov\/its\/District\/SAT\/incidents\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">Texas Department of Transportation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The crash occurred around 7:05 a.m. in the westbound lanes of I-10 East at Grwaytown Road and the Pfeil Road exit, according to traffic monitoring site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigalert.com\/?lat=29.49999&amp;lon=-98.28462&amp;z=-1\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">SigAlert<\/a>. Traffic is backed up to FM-2538 and the Trainer Hale Road (Exit 593).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>SigAlert shows the crash has reduced I-10 West to one lane. SigAlert also reports the frontage road is closed due to the wreck. Drivers should expect delays up to an hour.
