Fort Worth police arrested a suspect following a shooting early Sunday morning, Sept. 20, where two people were killed and two were injured.<\/p>\n

Cesar Palomo, 23, was arrested Sunday evening and is facing a charge of capital murder of multiple persons. He was injured in the shooting and remains hospitalized Monday, according to police records.<\/p>\n

Police arrested Palomo hours after responding to an early morning shooting in the backyard of a home in the 4300 block of Martin Drive, in southeast Fort Worth.<\/p>\n

When police arrived<\/a> at the home at around 3:30 a.m., they learned that a man and woman who knew one another were fighting. Another man intervened, and the two men began fighting, pulled out handguns and began firing, according to information from police.<\/p>\n

The man who intervened and another man were pronounced dead at the scene, police said.<\/p>\n

Palomo and another wounded man were taken to hospitals, and their conditions were unknown, according to police.<\/p>\n

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner\u2019s<\/a> Office identified one man who died as 24-year-old Jose Alejandro Valladolid. The identity of the second man who died has not been released publicly.<\/p>\n
