Planoites hoping to support The Family Place have over retail options that raise money for the domestic violence nonprofit. <\/p>\n

More than 30 Plano-area retailers, restaurants and businesses are participating in The Family Place\u2019s annual Partners Card<\/a> fundraiser this fall, giving local shoppers a chance to save while supporting survivors of family violence.<\/p>\n

The 34th annual Partners Card shopping and dining event runs Oct. 23 through Nov. 1. Cards are available for $100, with proceeds benefiting The Family Place, one of Texas\u2019 largest agencies serving survivors of domestic violence.<\/p>\n

Cardholders receive 20% off purchases at hundreds of participating retailers and 10% off at select restaurants across Dallas-Fort Worth during the 10-day event. According to The Family Place<\/a>, the purchase of one $100 card provides the equivalent of one night of safe shelter for a survivor.<\/p>\n

Plano shoppers will have plenty of places to use their cards this year.<\/p>\n

At Legacy West, participating businesses include Aritzia, Cotton Island, Free People, lululemon, Madewell, Peter Millar, Pockets Menswear, Ralph Lauren, Read Between the Lines, Shake Shack, Spectacles Fine Eyewear, TUMI and Williams Sonoma.<\/p>\n

Other Plano participants include Crate and Barrel, Hiatus Spa, Holidaze and Gifts, Johnny Was, Kathy Adams Furniture + Design, L\u2019OCCITANE, Paper Affair, SESSION Pilates, Silk or Lace, Southern Stork Baby and Children\u2019s Boutique, The Sample House and Tory Burch.<\/p>\n

Around The Shops at Legacy, Joni\u2019s Boutique, Kendra Scott Plano Legacy and Training Mate Plano are participating, while Neiman Marcus is offering Partners Card benefits on eligible beauty and dining purchases at The Shops at Willow Bend.<\/p>\n

Last year, Partners Card<\/a> raised enough money to provide more than 16,100 nights of shelter, according to The Family Place. The organization provides more than 40,000 nights of emergency shelter annually.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor 34 years, Partners Card has been more than just a fundraiser; it\u2019s been a powerful movement of generosity and community spirit,\u201d The Family Place CEO Tiffany Tate said in a statement. \u201cThis event reflects the heart of North Texans, uniting individuals, businesses, and volunteers to create a meaningful difference for survivors of domestic violence.\u201d<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s co-chairs are Meredith Counce, senior vice president of brand and marketing for the Dallas Cowboys; fashion influencer and media personality Courtney Kerr Noonan; and Alex Snodgrass, founder of The Defined Dish and a New York Times bestselling author. Partners Cards went on sale Sept. 1 and cost $100 each.
