An ongoing investigation raises questions about police conduct.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">HOUSTON &#8211; In an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox26houston.com\/news\/humble-family-disputes-police-account-after-k-9-unit-deployed-arrest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Only on Fox report<\/a> on September 5,\u00a0we showed you video of Christopher Cevilla being attacked by a Humble PD K-9.<\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"KRIV\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-94395e58=\"\">The backstory:<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">It happened September 1 at the Township Apartments in Humble.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">Christopher, his brother, and sister got into an argument and the police showed up. The brother, sister, and a cousin started recording on their phones.<\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"KRIV\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-94395e58=\"\">What they&#8217;re saying:<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">&#8220;I was in fear,&#8221; Christopher said. &#8220;I was wondering, am I going to get shot, or is this dog going to take a piece of me? Are they going to beat me up? I didn&#8217;t know what to think.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">Christopher is facing three felony charges: assaulting an officer, retaliation, and interference with a police service animal.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">He denies any wrongdoing and his attorneys are hoping to get the charges dismissed.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">Christopher says he has no idea why the K-9 officer let the dog go.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">&#8220;No sir,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I was already in the middle of being detained.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">Christopher says he now has a big fear of dogs, but doesn&#8217;t wish any ill will on the officers.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">&#8220;If you can&#8217;t be a peace officer that spreads peace, you don&#8217;t need to be an officer at all,&#8221; he said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"KRIV\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-94395e58=\"\">The other side:<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">We reached out to Humble PD for a response.
