The alleged incident occurred <a data-ylk=\"slk:Sept. 4 at Salon Hugo;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;yLinkElementType&quot;:&quot;article_link&quot;}\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/InsideFWPD\/posts\/pfbid02tf363tdBQ3rWbe6uckH9AbJCiza2FCPLFRmGFN3mxtELbekpmeRSmvgbm1Cf992Zl?rdid=cmzW1GeK8hoeNClf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Sept. 4 at Salon Hugo<\/a>, a barbershop located at 4075 E. Lancaster Ave, police said in a Facebook post Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The Crimes Against Children Unit is investigating the incident, according to the post.
