The period the study was conducted was between July 2025 and July 2026, according to JD Power.

Although both North Texas airports scored less points than the previous year, JD Power said that overall passenger satisfaction rose significantly this year “thanks in large part to dozens of major airport capital improvement projects finally reaching completion.”

“On the whole, those efforts are finally starting to pay off in the form of higher overall passenger satisfaction scores,” Michael Taylor, JD Power’s managing director of travel, hospitality and retail, said in a statement.
