Police said the relative last spoke with the woman over the phone the night before.<\/p>\n<p>An officer arrived at the apartment about 8:50 p.m. and saw what appeared to be a dead body through the window, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Officers entered the home and found the two unidentified women dead.
