The company plans to install another 1,300 linear feet of trails and a 40-car parking lot.

Greystar purchased the property in 2024. Developer Ed Casebier of Renaissance Development told the Star-Telegram back in 2018 about the company’s plans to find new life for the abandoned rock quarry.

Casebier and his business partner Tom Blanton, who died in 2014, restored the T&P building in downtown Fort Worth.

The dedication is essentially a donation of the land to the city.

                Emily Holshouser

                    Fort Worth Star-Telegram

Emily Holshouser is a local news reporter at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Artist rendering of Quarry Falls Renaissance Development In 2018, a developer had plans to turn a former rock…

[10
116,118,117
post-448082","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-fort-worth","tag-fort-worth","tag-fort-worth-headlines","tag-fort-worth-news
["GET
