They blew past the Eastlake Falcons<\/a> 3-0 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.<\/p>\n Simone Heard<\/a> paced Plano East’s offense, picking up 27 kills. Heard got some help from Megan Nguyen<\/a> and her 28 assists. Heard was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.<\/p>\n Despite the loss, Eastlake still got an impressive performance from Addison Carrillo<\/a>, who had 19 digs and two assists. Carrillo is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she’s now had ten or more in each of the last 16 games she’s played.<\/p>\n Plano East’s victory bumped their record up to 31-10. As for Eastlake, with the defeat, they broke their six-match winning streak and moved their record to 36-5.<\/p>\n Coming up, Plano East will face off against Byron Nelson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Eastlake does not have any more games scheduled as of now.<\/p>\n
