(OnScene,  Copyright 2026 by KPRC Click2Houston &#8211; All rights reserved.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">HOUSTON \u2013 A person was found dead in the roadway near 11450 Bissonnet Street around 1:47 a.m. on Sunday, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.click2houston.com\/topic\/Houston_Police_Department\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.click2houston.com\/topic\/Houston_Police_Department\/\">Houston Police Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">An HFD ambulance crew was traveling through the area when they found the victim with severe head trauma. Officials said the victim appeared to have been struck by a vehicle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">A person later returned to the scene and told investigators they believed they may have hit the victim. Police have not confirmed whether that person was involved in the crash.
