Fire crews responded around noon to a reported structure fire at West Patton St. near the I-45 North Freeway<\/p>\n

Emergency crews responded to a structure fire Thursday at West Patton St., located near the Interstate 45 North Freeway just north of downtown Houston.<\/p>\n

Houston Fire Department was dispatched to the scene around 12 p.m. and quickly brought the fire under control to prevent the flames from spreading to adjacent residences.<\/p>\n

The residence was unoccupied at the time of the blaze, and emergency personnel reported no injuries or medical transports.<\/p>\n

HFD arson investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.<\/p>\n
