The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is temporarily shutting down busy routes on the Northeast side of San Antonio.<\/p>\n<p>TxDOT is blocking off the following routes each night from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Wednesday, September 30.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>TxDOT says drivers on the NB I-35 frontage road north of Space Center Drive will exit right onto Industry Park Drive. From there, they can re-enter the NB I-35 frontage road at the next entrance ramp.<\/p>\n<p>Folks on the southbound I-35 frontage road will follow signs to enter the southbound I-35\u00a0main lanes north of Walzem Road. They can\u00a0use the Eisenhauer Road exit ramp to get back to the frontage road.<\/p>\n<p>The following routes will close nightly through Thursday, October 1. The shutdown begins at 9 p.m. each night and continues through 5 a.m. the following day. TxDOT says it will last from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Friday, October 2.<\/p>\n<p>TxDOT is recommending the following detour guidance in a media release.
