Through the program, participating organizations have the opportunity to raise critical funds, share their missions, recruit supporters, and engage directly with the Austin running community leading up to the event on Sunday, February 14, 2027.<\/p>\n<p>For 2027, twenty six nonprofit organizations have been selected to participate in the program, representing causes that make an impact in Austin and beyond.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"post-235274-_khe8yrtcp2hp\"\/>The selected 2027 Austin Marathon Gives charity partners are:<\/p>\n<p>American Foundation for Suicide Prevention<br \/>\nAustin Parks Foundation<br \/>\nAutism Society of Texas<br \/>\nBack on My Feet Austin<br \/>\nCamp Kesem<br \/>\nCureDuchenne<br \/>\nDell\u2019s Children\u2019s Hospital<br \/>\nDown Syndrome Association of Central Texas<br \/>\nFlatwater<br \/>\nGazelle Foundation<br \/>\nGeneration SERVE<br \/>\nGhisallo Cycling Initiative<br \/>\nGMT<br \/>\nI AM REDEMPTION<br \/>\nKeep Austin Beautiful<br \/>\nMarathon Kids<br \/>\nMiracle Foundation<br \/>\nOdyssey School<br \/>\nParamount Theatre<br \/>\nSam\u2019s Adventure Camp<br \/>\nSEVA Charities<br \/>\nTexas 4000 for Cancer<br \/>\nThe LIVESTRONG Foundation<br \/>\nThe Trail Conservancy<br \/>\nU.R. Our Hope<br \/>\nUpbring<\/p>\n<p>Participants can support an Austin Marathon Gives organization while registering for the 2027 Ascension Seton Austin Marathon, Half Marathon &amp; 5K. After selecting a charity, participants can connect with the organization and create a personalized fundraising page, giving friends, family, and supporters an opportunity to contribute to their miles and the mission behind them.<\/p>\n<p>The program also gives supporters the opportunity to get involved beyond the start line. Community members can volunteer at designated Austin Marathon Gives positions along the course, allowing friends, family members, and supporters to experience the event while giving back to participating organizations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAustin Marathon Gives is about using the energy and reach of the Austin Marathon to support organizations doing meaningful work in our community,\u201d said Jack Murray, Co-owner of the Austin Marathon. \u201cEvery participant who chooses to fundraise and every volunteer who gives their time helps extend the impact of this event well beyond the finish line. We\u2019re excited to welcome this year\u2019s charity partners and help bring greater awareness and support to their missions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Since its inception, Austin Marathon Gives has helped raise more than $6 million for nonprofit organizations. For 2027, the program aims to raise$500,000 for its participating charity partners.
