Manos Moursi moved from Greece to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 1995 and used his grandma\u2019s recipes for dishes when the Keller location opened in 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Cafe Medi\u2019s menu featured items such as gyros made with roasted beef and lamb, chicken shawarma, Basa fish and moussaka, a casserole made with eggplant, beef, parmesan, bechamel that is topped with marinara sauce.<\/p>\n<p>The location had<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C0FoUULRiIM\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"> live music<\/a> Friday and Saturday nights, according to the website.<\/p>\n<p>In the spring of 2024, the business underwent renovations, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/keller-roanoke-northeast-fort-worth\/business\/cafe-medi-temporarily-closes-keller-location-for-renovation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">previous reporting<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Cafe Medi shuttered its doors after 13 years in Keller.
