He was arrested on Monday.<\/p>\n<p> Man killed in shooting at birthday party  <\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"KRIV\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-94395e58=\"\">The backstory:<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">According to Houston police, 67-year-old Filiberto Puente was killed in the shooting on Dec. 17, 2023, at a home on Juliabora Street near Winkler Drive.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">Police who responded to the scene also discovered that a girl had been shot in the leg. Police say the fight escalated into a shooting, and the man and girl were wounded.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">Police later identified Rodriguez as a suspect in the shooting.<\/p>\n<p> Rodriguez arrested <\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"KRIV\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-94395e58=\"\">What we don&#8217;t know:<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">Rodriguez was booked into the Harris County Jail on Monday.
