White emphasizes integrity, collaboration and innovation as guiding principles in his work, noting that effective technology systems should \u201cempower people and improve student outcomes.\u201d<\/p>\n
White holds a Bachelor of Science, an MBA from Texas Woman\u2019s University, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. He is also certified in project management, cybersecurity and school business, and previously served in the U.S. Army.<\/p>\n
Stefanie Ramos \u2014 Director of Character, Attendance and Restorative Education (CARE)<\/p>\n
A familiar face in Plano ISD, Ramos steps into the role of director of CARE after 30 years of service to the district. Ramos has held multiple leadership positions, including principal of Daffron and Wells Elementary Schools, and most recently served as director of human resources.<\/p>\n
Known for her relationship-driven leadership style, Ramos has long championed bilingual education, character development and culturally responsive practices. In her new role, Ramos will help guide the district\u2019s efforts to improve attendance, strengthen restorative practices and support comprehensive character education.<\/p>\n
Ashley Jackson Ivey \u2014 Director of Digital Learning and Innovation<\/p>\n
Plano ISD also welcomed Ashley Jackson Ivey as its new director of digital learning and innovation. Jackson Ivey began her career as a middle school science teacher in Garland ISD before serving as an instructional coach and, most recently, as the district\u2019s Digital Learning Coordinator.<\/p>\n
In that position, she led teams responsible for implementing major digital learning initiatives and contributed to district-wide curriculum development. A frequent presenter at statewide EdTech conferences, including TCEA, Jackson Ivey is recognized for her expertise at the intersection of technology and instruction.<\/p>\n
