(KWQC) &#8211; Moline is adding the popular restaurant chain Texas Roadhouse to the John Deere Road corridor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The city sold property to Scout Capital Group to build a Texas Roadhouse at 3620 38th Ave., the road north of John Deere Road for $800,000, according to city council documents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The city offered the business a tax incentive of up to $350,000 over seven years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The city is responsible for delivering municipal utilities to the lot line as part of the agreement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The city approved the sale in June.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Scout Capital Group has two years to begin construction, according to city documents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">A description of the property is below.<\/p>\n<p class=\"correction | article-correction\">correction: An earlier version of this article incorrectly named the company that owns Texas Roadhouse.
