Alcohol will certainly not help with these, I can promise you that.<\/p>\n<p>A message for the non-sober: DO NOT\u00a0offer &#8220;just one&#8221; to a sober person. It&#8217;s not friendly, it&#8217;s not funny, and it&#8217;s not helpful. Or, you can always go the sparkling water\/ Topo Chico route.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3220\">Have an exit plan for uncomfortable situations. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO LEAVE!<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3223\" data-end=\"3274\">Stay in touch with your sponsor or support group.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3277\" data-end=\"3320\">Prioritize rest, nutrition, and exercise.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3323\" data-end=\"3374\">Remind yourself why sobriety is worth protecting. Because you are loved and you are so very worth it.<\/p>\n<p>Staying sober during the holidays isn\u2019t always easy, but it is absolutely possible.
