HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — The Artemis II crew is visiting<\/a> the University of Houston to be honored on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

UH is calling it the Artemis II Celebration, which will be held at the Fertitta Center and is open to the public.<\/p>\n

Organizers said Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen will all visit.<\/p>\n

During the event, the National Aeronautic Association will recognize the crew for surpassing the record for the farthest distance traveled in human spaceflight.<\/p>\n

Wednesday’s honoring of the crew is set to begin at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

UH said tickets are free and are available on their website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Officials note that tickets must be reserved in advance.<\/p>\n
