The charge is a third-degree felony. <\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">DPS said the department received information Tuesday about a planned attack on the Texas State Capitol scheduled for Oct. 1, 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">DPS and FBI agents arrested Caldera around 3 a.m. at his Converse home, according to DPS.
