Paper Shredding and Electronics Recycling <\/p>\n

This event has been rescheduled to October 31, 2026 due to inclement weather.<\/p>\n

Recycling event is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. or when the trucks are full.<\/p>\n

This free paper shredding and electronics recycling event is located on the southeast corner of Mitchell Street and Cooper Street (UTA parking).\u00a0Vehicles will enter the parking lot from Doug Russell Road on the southern end of the UTA parking lot.<\/p>\n

Proof of Arlington residency will be required to participate.<\/p>\n

Paper shredding is limited to two boxes per vehicle and ends when the truck is full.<\/p>\n

Electronics accepted for recycling include:<\/p>\n


\nTelevisions (flat screens and cathode ray tube or CRT)
\nComputers\/laptops and computer components
\nOffice equipment
\nStereo equipment
\nLearning consoles
\nCameras
\nCellphones\/tablets
\nSmall corded appliances
\nMicrowaves
\nWashers\/dryers
\nAudio and video equipment
\nBatteries and Backups <\/p>\n

Electronic not accepted:<\/p>\n


\nRefrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, air conditioners or other items containing Freon. <\/p>\n

For disposal of large items, please contact Republic Services at 817-317-2000.<\/p>\n
