Brennan Cervantes was found, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.<\/p>\n
A spokesperson for Texas A&M University-San Antonio told KSAT Cervantes is safe and has been returned to his family. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe are relieved to share that Brennan Cervantes has been located. He is safe and has been returned to his family,\u201d the spokesperson said. \u201cThank you to our law enforcement and school district partners and to everyone in our community who helped with this effort.\u201d<\/p>\n
The university said it was made aware of Cervantes going missing Wednesday night and entered him into the missing persons database, which reaches all agencies statewide. <\/p>\n

Brennan Cervantes was last seen just before 3 p.m. Wednesday at One Way University, which is the address for Texas A&M University-San Antonio. <\/p>\n
The university told KSAT Thursday afternoon that Cervantes was last seen heading northbound on University Way and exited the campus just after 2:40 p.m. Wednesday. <\/p>\n
Cervantes is 5 feet 6 inches tall with brown eyes and brown hair. <\/p>\n
DPS said Cervantes was last seen wearing a short-sleeve maroon shirt, black jeans, and white\/green Nike shoes. He was also carrying a backpack.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are asking our community to please help us find Brennan, as his safety is our top priority,\u201d Texas A&M University-San Antonio said in a statement. \u201cWe continue to work urgently with our law enforcement and school district partners to locate him and ensure a safe return to his family.\u201d<\/p>\n
Anyone with any information on Cervantes\u2019 whereabouts is asked to contact the Texas A&M University-San Antonio Police Department at 210-784-1900 or 911.<\/p>\n
