HPD said it got a call about a shooting on the third floor of the home. Witnesses inside the home reported hearing the gunshots and forced their way into the 4-year-old&#8217;s room. The father of the child has since identified her as Vivian Savalla.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">At the scene, officers said they found Vivian dead from an apparent gunshot wound.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">HPD said that officers detained Vivian&#8217;s mother, who had reportedly shot herself in the face and was taken to the hospital.
