ARLINGTON, Texas \u2014 Scared of the dark? Don\u2019t worry. There\u2019s a spot in Arlington that will make anyone light up.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s called Pumpkin Nights and it\u2019s back at Howell Farms.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s a half-mile trail of Halloween happiness.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith over 10,000 hand-carved pumpkins that we light up,\u201d said Lindsey Kent, district manager for Pumpkin Nights.<\/p>\n
Kent says those 10,000 pumpkins are located within nine immersive worlds: a forbidden city, an enchanted forest, and a pirate\u2019s cove, among others.<\/p>\n
Unlike typical Halloween, it\u2019s meant to be artistic and fun, no fear, all cheer.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s exciting,\u201d Kent said. \u201cIt\u2019s fun. It\u2019s different.\u201d<\/p>\n
Beyond the elaborate pumpkin trail is a festival area with professional pumpkin carvers, fire dancing, food, and more.<\/p>\n
There are so many treats, Kent said it\u2019ll satisfy you a lot longer than one, single Halloween.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou can just have those memories that last a lifetime,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
