The design will include a full street reconstruction with lighting, landscaping, and bicycle improvements for Jefferson Boulevard between North Hampton Road and North Polk Street.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/halff.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Halff Associates, Inc.<\/a> was selected to provide services.
