Voters will cast ballots in races for the U.S. Senate, governor, U.S. House of Representatives, Texas Legislature, judicial offices, El Paso County positions, and El Paso City Council seats.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">To help voters learn more about the candidates on the ballot, the El Paso Times asked those seeking office to answer a standard set of questions about their backgrounds, priorities and views on issues affecting the community.
