A neighbor came outside and tried to intervene but was told to return to his apartment, according to police.<\/p>\n<p>Both groups went inside, but the family later returned outside and resumed arguing. Police said the neighbor then came outside and fired shots.<\/p>\n<p>Robles, who had been involved in the earlier confrontation, was shot in the upper torso.
