The home\u2019s 1\u00bd-acre lot overlooks a lake and the golf course of Vaquero Club, a luxury golf community.  &#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"articleBody mb32\">The mansion set the record for the highest-priced listing in Tarrant County, according to the home\u2019s brokerage firm. It\u2019s being marketed as \u201cPhiloxenia,\u201d which means \u201cfriendship to strangers\u201d in Greek. &#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"articleBody mb32\">The home was built in 2009, and its owners undertook the four-year renovation, focusing on trim work, stone fabrication and custom detailing. &#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"articleBody mb32\">The property includes a pool with a black granite waterfall and a golfing green.
