According to HPD, officials would like to speak with a driver of a red Ford Focus seen parked in front of the home that later left the area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">HPD said this is an active investigation and that canvassing is underway.
