HPD said that officers gave Alexander multiple commands, but she refused to comply.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Officers, who were identified as J. Izaguirre, R. Pfeiffer, and C.
